The Flatbread Company offers pizza baked in a primitive wood fired oven. Its meals include organic, local produce, free range chicken and nitrate free meats. It believes in serving the local community, having fun and saving the planet. Its major ingredients are prepared on the premises. The cooking is primarily in its wood fired cauldron or in a hand built earthen oven. In addition to pizza, it offers organic salads and desserts. Every Tuesday evening is Benefit Night, for such causes as Habitat for Humanity and more.

"Canton, Connecticut... A brand new lifestyle center being opened by friends of ours at a former golf course. Has been our first and only venture in this kind a setting. The Shoppes at Farmington Valley has been an interesting challenge for Flatbread. There is no lack of great farms to serve food from and no shortage of community organizations to support every Tuesday Benefit night.Our community support has been slow and steady and we can happily report that we are glad to be part of this town.
