Our Story…
When our great-grand parents arrived in this country from Naples, Italy in the early 1900’s, they brought their “Old World 48 hour cold rise” method for dough making. They used this for decades in their famous “Downtown Bakery” in New London, CT. Today we bring it to you so you, too, can enjoy hand-stretched, thin crust pizza Napoletana. We source some of the most premium imported ingredients for our pies. If you are wondering how delicious our pies are, just ask Enzo or Dario. They swear by them!
